Who will have access to my storage room?

Only you and the people you authorize. You can give your storage room’s access code, family members or employees. You can also leave it to us if you would like to use our goods and/or parcel collection services.

What if I my stuff doesn't fit when I get to my storage room?

No problem! Once you arrive, you can always choose another storage room that better fits the content you need to store.

It is possible to change to other sizes?

Once you rent your storage room, you can expand or reduce the size when you need it. Just notify our staff or contact us to initiate the change.

Do you have a cleaning service?

Every day our cleaning staff ensures that the facilities are in perfect condition, clean and disinfected.

What documentation do I need to rent a self-storage unit?

You just need to bring us your ID or NIE, bank account number and a list of people authorized to enter your storage room. If you are a company, we also need your tax data to be able to issue your invoices.

How long in advance do I have to give notice to leave my storage room?

You have to give us 30 days notice to leave the storage room if your contract is for unlimited time. If you have a departure date, there is no minimum stay.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes. We will charge you the equivalent of a month’s rent without VAT, which we will return when you end your contract, after checking that everything is in perfect condition.

Is the content of the storage room secured?

Yes. All our contracts include free basic content insurance, although you can also extend your insurance with a small additional cost per month.
