Who will have access to my storage room?
Only you and the people you authorize. You can leave the key or the access code of your storage room to a family member or an employee, or to us if you need any of our goods and/or parcel collection services.
What if I my stuff doesn't fit when I get to my storage room?
No problem! Once you arrive, you can always choose another storage room that fits more to the content you need to deposit.
It is possible to change to other sizes?
Once you rent your storage room, you can expand or reduce the size when you need it. Just notify our staff or contact us to initiate the change.
Do you have a cleaning service?
Every day our cleaning staff ensures that the facilities are in perfect condition, clean and disinfected.
What documentation do I need to rent a self-storage unit?
How long in advance do I have to give notice to leave my storage room?
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. We will charge you the equivalent of a month’s rent without VAT, which we will return when you leave the center, after checking that everything is in perfect condition.
Is the content of the storage room secured?
Yes. All our contracts include free basic content insurance, although you can also extend your insurance with a small additional cost per month.
